Campaign Approval

All campaign creative must be approved by AGAD prior to the commencement of printing to meet the AGAD Quality Standard. If we consider that the design concept may be indecent, offensive, illegal, likely to cause concern to the regulatory authorities or objectionable in any other way to the site owner the final proof must be amended in order to protect the client.

All prices quoted exclude GST and are subject to change without notice. 

Cancellation of a campaign requires one month’s written notice.

Campaign Length

Campaigns start on the first Saturday of each month. The minimum campaign duration is eight weeks. The majority of clients advertise for a minimum of 3 months.

Artwork

AGAD Ltd can produce your artwork for you (please ask us for a quote) or you may wish to organise this yourself. The artwork must be supplied on disc or by email in the correct format. Advertising artwork is accepted in the following formats:

  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop

The following files will also be accepted when the artwork has been produced in these programmes: PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPEG.

All text within the file should be converted to paths/curves/outlines, or the font supplied with the file. Raster graphics (TIFF or Photoshop images) should be setup at 25% of final size, at 300dpi.

Please allow for 100mm bleed.

A hard copy proof must be supplied with the file. If this is not possible then a PDF or small jpeg will be acceptable. The PMS colours will be matched as close as possible to the printer and media colour range. These colours should be listed with their Pantone reference. If required, a proof of colours will be supplied.
